Design & Communication

Our professional design team will review your requirements and create a comprehensive custom proposal including:

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs for custom production. For sampling and pre-production approval, we can support smaller trial quantities. Contact us with your target specification to confirm the most efficient sampling plan.

How long does the entire process take from inquiry to delivery?

Typically 3–5 days for design + 3–5 days for sampling + 7–15 days for mass production + shipping time. For urgent orders, we offer expedited production. Air freight delivery to most countries takes 3–7 days, sea freight 15–30 days depending on destination.

Can I customize the waterproof rating?

Yes. We offer IPX4 (splash-proof), IPX6 (jet water resistant), IPX7 (1m/30min submersion), and IPX8 (5m+ submersion). The rating is achieved through a combination of material selection (TPU, PVC), heat-sealed seams, and waterproof zippers. Tell us your use case and we'll recommend the right rating.

What logo customization methods are available?

We support screen printing (best for flat logos), heat transfer printing (for detailed full-color graphics), embroidery (for premium, textured logo look), debossing/embossing on hardware, and custom woven labels. Each method has different minimums and price points — we'll advise the best option for your design.

Do you accept custom samples provided by the buyer?

Yes! If you have a reference sample, you can ship it to us. We'll analyze the construction, materials, and specifications, then produce an exact replica with your branding. This is often the fastest path to production.

What happens if the finished products have quality issues?

We stand behind our quality 100%. If you receive products with manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, we will rework or replace the affected items at no charge. We require photos/videos as evidence. Our rejection rate is less than 0.5%, but we take every quality issue seriously.
