What happens after you enquire
Once you submit the form or email us, a sales engineer replies within 24 hours with: an indicative unit price band, MOQ confirmation, sampling timeline, and a short list of questions to lock the spec. If you have a reference sample, we will quote to match it. If you only have an idea, we will propose a tech pack. Next step is a paid sample (6–10 working days) and, on approval, a PI and deposit for bulk. The first round of sample revisions is free. Read the full process so you know what to expect at each step.

Do you charge for the first quote?
No. Quotes and tech-pack outlines are always free. You only pay when you approve a physical sample or place a bulk order.
Can I order just samples first?
Yes. Samples are 1–2 pcs and ship in 6–10 working days. We recommend sampling before any bulk order.
What is your MOQ?
500 pcs per SKU / colourway. Reorders on select simpler styles can drop to 300 pcs. See the MOQ guide.
Do you ship DDP to my country?
We ship DDP to 100+ countries. Tell us your destination in the form and we will include landed freight in the quote.
Which certifications can you provide?
BSCI, ISO 9001:2015, CE, CPC and RoHS, plus REACH / Prop 65 test reports on request. Waterproof ratings are tested to IEC 60529.

Yes, and we recommend it. Samples are 1-2 pieces and ship in 6-10 working days, with the first round of revisions free. You can send your own reference sample, a competitor link or a hand sketch, and we will build to it. Samples go by express and arrive in 3-7 days. We never start bulk production from a photo or a spec sheet alone.
Q4. What is your minimum order and what are the payment terms?
The MOQ is 500 pieces per style or colourway, and reorders on simpler styles can drop to 300 pieces. Bulk production runs 35-50 days after sample approval, with final inspection at AQL 2.5. Standard payment is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We ship FOB Xiamen or DDP to more than 100 countries, duties and clearance included.
