Your logo, your labels, your packaging — sealed waterproof bags built as your brand.
Custom logo waterproof bags and private-label production let you put your brand — not the factory's — on a sealed waterproof bag, complete with your hangtags, woven labels and packaging. At QUANZHOU JUNYUAN BAGS we run ODM private-label production: we build the bag to your spec and finish it entirely as your product, with no factory branding anywhere. This page covers logo methods, private-label elements, MOQ and how to launch your own brand line.
| Method | Look | Cost | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screen print | Flat, 1–4 colours | Low | Promotional, 5,000+ pcs |
| Heat-transfer / DTF | Full colour | Medium | Detailed logos, gradients |
| UV print | Crisp small mark | Medium | Textured surfaces |
| Embroidery | Tactile, premium | Higher | Canvas/nylon panels |
| Woven / leather patch | Premium badge | Higher | Outdoor flagship lines |
| Deboss | Subtle pressed mark | Medium | Premium corporate |
Private label means the bag is delivered as your product, not ours. Beyond the logo, we apply your woven neck label, your hangtag, your care instructions, your barcode/FNSKU, and your custom polybag or mailer box. We do not put a factory name inside or outside the bag. If you are launching a brand, this is the difference between "a bag with a sticker on it" and a product that reads as yours on a shelf. Read more on bags with my logo.
Where the logo sits changes cost and perceived quality. A small chest or lower-corner mark is cheapest and cleanest. A sewn patch on the chest reads as premium. A logo on the rolled collar of a dry bag is visible when the bag is open. A woven label inside the neck is standard for private label. We mock up placement on a photo before sampling. Most brands combine a small external logo with an internal woven label.
MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU/colourway. Samples take 6–10 working days, first revision free. Bulk runs 35–50 days. Because we keep your tech pack, artwork files and approved fabric batch on file, reorders reproduce without re-sampling. This is how a 500-piece launch grows into a quarterly reorder. See the MOQ guide.

Private-label buyers face retail and marketplace scrutiny. We supply ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, amfori BSCI social audit, CE, CPC and RoHS, with REACH and Prop 65 reports on request. Waterproof ratings are tested to IEC 60529. This documentation shortens retail onboarding.
Yes. Private-label orders ship with zero factory markings — your labels, your hangtags, your packaging.
A sewn woven or leather patch reads as the most premium; screen print is the most economical.
Vector AI/EPS/PDF with outlined fonts and Pantone colours. Raster files work for DTF at 300 dpi.
500 pcs per SKU. Reorders can drop to 300 on simpler styles.
Yes — hangtags, neck labels, FNSKU labels and mailer boxes are all available in your brand design.
Buyers sometimes confuse private label with white label. White label means buying an existing stock bag and adding your logo on top — limited to what the factory already makes. Private label means designing the bag with us from the tech pack up: your dimensions, your fabric, your closure, your hardware, and your branding throughout. We are a private-label ODM factory, not a white-label stock seller. If you want a bag that no other reseller can list, private label is the route; if you just need a quick logo on a generic pouch, we can do that too, but our strength is the custom build.
We are accustomed to working with brand owners and sign NDAs before you share proprietary designs. We do not resell your tooling or artwork to other buyers, and we do not use your product photos without permission. Your tech pack, moulds and approved files stay on your account. When you reorder, the same approved spec is reproduced. This is why DTC brands trust us with flagship SKUs rather than just promo lines.
For a sharp result we need vector artwork — AI, EPS or PDF with fonts outlined — plus Pantone references for spot colours. If your logo only exists as a small web JPG, tell us; we will advise whether it will print sharply at bag size and, if not, help trace it to vector. We produce a digital proof before sampling so you can check placement and colour. Common issues we catch early: low-resolution files, gradients sent as spot colours, and logos that are too small to read at arm's length.
A typical private-label launch: you send a reference and logo; we quote and write the tech pack (1–2 days); we build a sample with your logo and labels (6–10 days); you approve; we buy your fabric batch and run 500–2,000 pcs (35–50 days); we inspect and ship DDP to your warehouse. Because the first run is small, you test the market before committing to a container. Most of our DTC clients start at 500 pcs and scale to quarterly reorders. Read the full workflow on the process page.
Three reasons come up repeatedly. First, we control decoration in-house, so the logo matches the approved sample across the whole run — no outsourced print house drifting colour. Second, we design to your spec rather than fitting you to a stock pattern. Third, we keep your files and reorder reproductions consistent. Our 200,000 pcs/month SGS-verified capacity means your reorder slots are secure as your brand grows. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and amfori BSCI, which retail buyers require.
Before you enquire, gather: your logo in vector format, your Pantone colours, a reference bag or description, your target retail price, your destination country, and whether you need retail packaging (hangtags, mailer boxes). Decide which logo method suits your brand — sewn patch for premium, screen print for budget, DTF for full colour. If you are unsure, we will recommend. The faster you provide these, the faster the sample ships. See the MOQ guide and print methods.
A European outdoor startup came to us with a competitor sample and a target retail price. We reverse-engineered the bag into a tech pack, switched to a 0.9 mm TPU nylon shell for a premium matte feel, and applied a sewn leather patch instead of a print. First sample approved after one revision; 1,000 pcs shipped DDP in 42 days. The bag became the brand's flagship SKU and is now on a quarterly reorder with new SKUs added. This is the path we help every first-time brand walk — from a 500-piece launch to a repeatable line.
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| RFQ → tech pack | 1–2 working days |
| Sample with your logo | 6–10 working days |
| Sample approval / revision | 1–2 rounds |
| Fabric purchase + production | 35–50 days |
| DDP shipping | 25–40 days (sea) |
Plan around 9–12 weeks from first enquiry to landed stock for a first order, and 6–8 weeks for reorders. Samples by express arrive in 3–7 days. We will map your launch date backwards so production slots are held.
Retail buyers and marketplaces ask for paperwork. We supply: the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate, amfori BSCI social audit, CE and CPC declarations, RoHS test reports, REACH and Prop 65 test reports, and waterproof test reports to IEC 60529. For food-contact coolers we reference FDA food-contact standards. This documentation shortens your retail onboarding and marketplace approval.
Yes, we sign NDAs before you share proprietary designs and do not resell your tooling.
Yes — hangtags, neck labels, polybags and mailer boxes in your brand design.
Reorders run 35–50 days from your approved tech pack, usually without re-sampling.
There are two routes to selling waterproof bags under your name. Wholesale resale means buying an existing stock bag and reselling it — fast, but other sellers list the same bag, so price competition erodes margin. Private label means we design and build the bag with you exclusively — your specs, your branding, and no other reseller lists it. Wholesale suits testing a market fast; private label suits building a brand. Most of our clients start with a 500-piece private-label run and grow. We do not sell your designs to competitors.
Buyers come to us after being disappointed: a logo that drifted colour on bulk, a bag that leaked because it was stitched, a supplier that could not hold a reorder slot. We fix all three with in-house decoration, welded-only waterproof construction, and SGS-verified 200,000 pcs/month capacity. We keep your files on hand so every reorder reproduces the approved sample. Send us your next project and compare the sample, the paperwork and the lead time against wherever you order today.
Most brands do not launch with ten SKUs. They start with one hero bag — a 20L dry bag or a printed tote — test it, and then expand. We keep your tech pack library so adding a second SKU is fast. Many of our clients now order 3–5 SKUs each quarter, mixed across dry bags, totes and backpacks. We scale with you: our 200,000 pcs/month SGS-verified capacity means growth does not hit a production wall.
MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU. Logo method drives cost: screen print is cheapest, DTF and patches cost more. We quote by method so you can balance brand look against budget. Samples 6–10 days, first revision free. Reorders reproduce from your approved tech pack. Whether you are launching a first product or adding SKUs to an existing line, we scale the production to your forecast.
To get a fast, accurate quote, send: your logo in vector, your Pantone colours, a reference bag or dimensions, your target retail price, your destination country, and your estimated annual quantity. If you only have a competitor photo, that is enough to start. We will propose specs and quantities. The clearer your first message, the faster the sample ships.
We also supply the full retail paperwork — ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, CPC, REACH and Prop 65 — so your onboarding to Amazon and retail buyers is fast. MOQ 500 pcs, DDP to 100+ countries.
Samples ship in 6–10 working days with your logo and labels. The first revision is free. Contact us today to start your private-label line.
Send your logo files and a reference bag. We will mock up logo placement and ship a sample in 6–10 days. See print methods or request a quote.
We run five in-house options. Screen print is the most economical and suits one to four spot colours on flat PVC or TPU. DTF or heat-transfer film reproduces full-colour gradients and photographic logos. UV direct print handles textured shells without film setup. Embroidery works on webbing and reinforced panels. Woven or faux-leather patches read as the most premium and are the finish flagship outdoor SKUs use. We recommend the method once we see your artwork, fabric and quantity.
Private label means the bag arrives as your product with no factory markings anywhere inside or outside. We apply your woven neck label, your hangtag, your care text, your barcode or FNSKU, and your own printed polybag or mailer box. We keep your tech pack, Pantone references and approved fabric batch on file, so reorders reproduce exactly without re-sampling. For retail onboarding we supply ISO 9001:2015 certification, amfori BSCI social audit documentation, CE, CPC and RoHS reports.
MOQ is 500 pieces per style, which is low enough to launch one SKU without over-committing cash. Sampling takes 6–10 working days from approved artwork, and the first revision round is free. Bulk runs 35–50 days with final inspection to AQL 2.5, then DDP shipping to 100+ countries. Payment is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Because your specification is archived, the second order simply repeats rather than restarting development.
A small chest or lower-corner mark is the cheapest and cleanest at 500 pieces. A sewn woven or faux-leather patch on the chest reads as premium and survives abrasion best. On a roll-top dry bag the collar stays visible when the bag is open, which makes it strong for paddle and beach brands. A woven label inside the neck is standard private-label practice. Most labels combine one external mark with one internal woven name.
Your tech pack, tooling patterns and artwork are held on file for your account only and are never shown in our catalogue or sold to another buyer. Before bulk we archive a signed-off reference sample and a retained fabric swatch. Production prints are checked against the retained reference under D65 light every shift, and finished cartons are inspected to AQL 2.5. Email service@junyuanbags.com to start; we reply within 24 hours.
Send your spec or reference sample — get a factory quote within 24 hours. MOQ from 500 pcs, samples in 6-10 working days.
