Every style below is built to order — fabric, size, colour, closure and decoration fully customisable, from 500 pcs.
Our custom waterproof product range spans sealed soft-goods from 1-litre phone pouches to 60-litre expedition duffels. Each style is engineered to a defined IP rating (IPX6 / IPX7 / IPX8) and can be re-engineered to your dimensions, fabric, hardware and branding. The table below maps each category to its typical use case, standard capacity, sealing method and MOQ so you can scope your assortment quickly.

The dry bag is our highest-volume and highest-search-demand line. A roll-top dry bag seals by rolling the flexible collar down three to four times and clipping the buckle; because there is no zipper to fail, the weld itself becomes the waterproof barrier. We build 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 40L and 50L variants in 0.5–1.0 mm PVC or TPU-laminated nylon, with optional shoulder straps, clear windows, D-rings and a front pocket. This is the P0 line detailed on the custom waterproof dry bags pillar.
Waterproof backpacks combine a welded shell with carry-system ergonomics: padded shoulder straps, a sternum strap, a mesh back panel and a laptop sleeve. We build commuter-style packs (IPX7, IPX8 zipper) and hiking-style packs (roll-top, fully welded, IPX8). Materials range from lightweight TPU-laminated 840D nylon for premium outdoor brands to heavier PVC for budget promotional packs. See the tote & backpack page.
Totes are the workhorse of corporate gifting and beach retail. We weld a rigid-base tote with webbing handles, an optional internal zip pocket and a choice of roll-down or IPX7 zip closure. Full-surface heat-transfer printing makes this our most popular printed / branded line for events and hospitality.
Cooler backpacks pair a welded, food-safe TPU liner with closed-cell EVA foam insulation and an IPX7 exterior shell. They keep contents cold for 8–24 hours depending on ice load and are commonly ordered by fishing, picnic and festival brands. Food-contact liners can be quoted against FDA food-contact guidance.
Phone pouches (IPX8, with lanyard and optional touch-compatible window) are a high-add-on promotional SKU. Waist and sling bags use TPU zips for everyday splash protection. Expedition duffels (40–60L) use the same welded construction as dry bags but with webbing carry handles and backpack straps. All are available with your logo, Pantone-matched colourway and custom packaging.
Not every bag needs IPX8. Over-specifying raises unit cost unnecessarily; under-specifying creates returns. We help you match the rating to the use case. Splash-proof IPX6 is enough for commuter totes and event pouches that sit on café tables or festival grounds. IPX7 — surviving 30 minutes at one metre of water — is the sweet spot for beach totes, cooler backpacks and day hiking packs. IPX8, built for continuous submersion, is reserved for roll-top dry bags, boat bags and waterproof camera pouches that may be dropped overboard. Ratings are tested against IEC 60529 and we will never label a bag higher than it was tested to.
| Product | Recommended rating | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Commuter / beach tote | IPX6–IPX7 | Rain and spray, not submersion |
| Roll-top dry bag | IPX8 | May be dropped in water |
| Hiking backpack | IPX7 | Heavy rain, occasional puddles |
| Cooler backpack | IPX6–IPX7 | Outdoor spillage and rain |
| Phone pouch | IPX8 | Swimming, boating, submersion |
| Waist / sling bag | IPX6 | Splash and rain only |
The closure is the second leak point after the seams. Roll-top closures are the most reliable IPX8 option because there is no zipper teeth to fail — you simply roll the collar down three to four times and clip the buckle. They are our default for dry bags. Waterproof zippers (TPU-coated, taped) let you open the bag one-handed and are preferred for commuter backpacks and camera pouches, but they cost more and wear faster under saltwater and sand. We also offer a hybrid: a roll-top main compartment with a zip-access front pocket. Tell us how your customer opens the bag most often and we will recommend the closure.
Buckles, adjusters, D-rings and webbing are where cheap bags fail first. We offer standard-grade hardware for promotional lines and ITW/Duraflex-equivalent acetal hardware for premium outdoor lines. Webbing comes in 25 mm and 38 mm widths in Pantone-matched colours. Reflective webbing and zipper pulls can be added for night-safety lines. All hardware is chosen to match the bag's rated load and use case — a 50L expedition dry bag uses heavier hardware than a 5L promo pouch.
The right laminate changes the feel, weight and price of your bag. We keep the following in stock or on short lead time. PVC-mesh is the budget workhorse — stiff, glossy, inexpensive. TPU-laminated nylon is lighter and suppler with a premium matte hand, which is why outdoor brands choose it. RPET recycled TPU gives your retail channel a sustainability story and can be certified under the Textile Exchange GRS. Coated ripstop nylon is the lightest option for packable stuff sacks and compression bags.
| Material | Thickness | Weight | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| PVC mesh | 0.5–1.0 mm | Heavier | Promotional dry bags, beach totes |
| TPU-laminated 420D nylon | 0.7–1.0 mm | Light | Premium backpacks, hiking |
| TPU-laminated 840D nylon | 0.9–1.2 mm | Medium | Expedition dry bags, duffels |
| RPET recycled TPU | 0.7–1.0 mm | Light | Eco-brands, ESG retail |
| Coated ripstop nylon | — | Very light | Stuff sacks, compression bags |
Beyond the bag itself, we supply custom hangtags, instruction cards, barcode stickers, header cards, polybags and mailer boxes. For Amazon FBA sellers we can polybag with suffocation warning labels and apply FNSKU stickers so units arrive ready to ship. For retail shelves we offer hang-hole header cards and cardboard hang tabs. Tell us your channel and we will specify the packaging that moves through it cleanly. Food-contact cooler liners can be quoted against FDA food-contact guidance.
Capacity mismatch is the most common reason a customer reorders a different size. A 10L bag that feels perfect for a phone and wallet is too small for a jacket; a 30L bag that fits a day's hike is overkill for a beach trip. We have the sizing table below to help your customer pick correctly the first time, and we can print a size guide on the hangtag for retail packaging.
| Capacity | Holds | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2L | Phone, wallet, keys | Beach, pool, boating |
| 5L | Phone, towel, snack, jacket | Day trip, promotional gift |
| 10L | Change of clothes, towel | Kayaking, snorkelling |
| 20L | Full day-hike kit | Hiking, boating, camping |
| 30L | Overnight gear | Camping, motorcycle travel |
| 40–50L | Multi-day expedition kit | Rafting, expeditions |
Our range is used across many channels: outdoor and adventure brands take dry bags and hiking backpacks; beach and coastal retail takes totes; hospitality and event agencies take printed totes and cooler backpacks; fishing and marine brands take dry bags and waterproof backpacks; tech brands take phone pouches and laptop sleeves; medical and industrial buyers take custom welded pouches and tool rolls. We tailor the material and rating to each channel — a promotional beach tote does not need the same film thickness as a commercial dive bag. Tell us your channel and we will recommend the spec that sells through.
Where the logo sits changes both the print cost and the perceived quality. A small chest or lower-left logo is cheapest and looks clean. A full-front or all-over print raises cost but delivers maximum brand exposure for promotional campaigns. We will mock up logo placement on a photo of the bag before sampling so you can see how it reads at arm's length. Common placements: chest centre, lower front corner, on the rolled collar, on a sewn patch, or on a hangtag. For premium lines we recommend a sewn leather or woven patch rather than a print — it reads as higher quality and survives saltwater better than ink. Read more on custom printing methods.
If your bags sit on a shelf rather than a webpage, merchandising matters. A hang-hole header card lets the tote hang on a peg; a hangtag gives washing and IP instructions; a cardboard belly band reinforces the brand story. For Amazon, units are polybagged with FNSKU labels and suffocation warnings. For boutique outdoor stores, a plain unbleached paper tag reads as premium. Tell us the channel at quoting stage and we will build the merchandising into the unit cost rather than adding it as an afterthought.
Waterproof bags need almost no care, but a short instruction card reduces warranty claims. We advise: rinse with fresh water after saltwater use, dry fully before storage, avoid prolonged direct sun exposure, and do not store compressed for long periods. We can print these instructions on a hangtag or inside lining. If your brand offers a warranty, we can align the build to the warranty length — a 2-year warranty needs heavier film and hardware than a 6-month promotional line. Telling us your warranty window upfront lets us quote the right grade rather than over-building or under-building.
Every product in this range starts at a 500-piece MOQ per SKU. Samples are 1–2 pieces and ship in 6–10 working days; the first round of sample revisions is free. Reorders reproduce from your approved tech pack without re-sampling, which keeps lead time at the shorter end of the 35–50 day window. If you are launching a new product line, we recommend a 500-piece first run, then a 1,000–2,000 piece reorder once you have retail feedback. Read the MOQ guide for quantity tiers and pricing breaks.
Yes. We commonly split an order across 10L and 20L dry bags, or a tote-and-pouch bundle. Each distinct SKU counts toward the 500 pcs MOQ band.
Yes, transparent TPU panels are available for dry bags and pouches so users can see contents without opening the seal.
Yes — a transparent TPU touch-compatible window is standard on our IPX8 phone pouches.
Any Pantone colour on fabric webbing and film. MOQ for a custom colourway is 500 pcs.
For each style you can specify: base fabric and film thickness, colour (Pantone), dimensions, closure, hardware grade, pockets, reflectivity, interior lining, decoration method and retail packaging. Read the workflow on the process page and the decoration options on the logo / private-label page.
The range includes roll-top dry bags, hiking and commuter backpacks, waterproof totes, cooler backpacks, phone pouches, waist bags, sling bags, and expedition duffels. Standard capacities run from approximately 1L for a phone pouch to 60L for a large duffel. Depending on the use case, products can be engineered to IPX6, IPX7, or IPX8 performance with RF-welded or hot-air-welded seams. Every style can be adjusted for dimensions, carrying system, closure, hardware, branding, and retail packaging.
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style. This volume supports controlled fabric preparation, welding setup, logo application, and AQL 2.5 final inspection without forcing a new buyer into a container-scale commitment. A physical sample is produced before bulk manufacturing and normally takes 6–10 working days. If your assortment includes several capacities or colors, send the exact breakdown for review because construction and material choices can affect how the 500-piece-per-style requirement is planned.
Material options include 500D–1000D PVC mesh, TPU-laminated 420D or 840D nylon, recycled RPET TPU, and coated ripstop nylon. Film thickness commonly ranges from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm according to durability and waterproof targets. Branding can use screen printing, heat transfer, UV printing, embroidery, woven patches, rubber patches, or debossing. Buyers can also specify Pantone colors, webbing widths, buckles, pockets, reflective details, hangtags, barcode labels, and mailer packaging for a retail-ready waterproof bag.
Choose the rating according to real exposure rather than the highest label. IPX6 suits rain and powerful spray for commuter totes or event bags. IPX7 covers temporary submersion for 30 minutes at 1 meter and is commonly specified for beach totes, coolers, and hiking packs. IPX8 is intended for continuous submersion scenarios such as roll-top dry bags or waterproof phone pouches. Closure design, film grade, and seam construction are matched to the selected level and tested before bulk approval.
After a 6–10 working day sample is approved, standard bulk production takes 35–50 days. Final goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 before shipment. Payment is normally T/T 30/70, with a 30% deposit to start the order and a 70% balance before shipment. Buyers may arrange freight under FOB Xiamen, or request DDP delivery to 100+ countries for a landed service that includes export handling, freight, duties, customs clearance, and delivery to the agreed destination.
