Verified capacity, in-house welding, in-house decoration, audited QC and DDP delivery — under one roof.
Buyers comparing custom waterproof bag factories usually weigh five things: real capacity, genuine waterproof engineering, controllable QC, honest pricing and reliable delivery. QUANZHOU JUNYUAN BAGS is built around all five. We are not a trading house reselling other people's stock — we own the 4,950 m² floor, the 149 welders and cutters, and the decoration presses. Here is how that translates into a measurable advantage for your orders.
| Factor | QUANZHOU JUNYUAN BAGS (SGS-verified production) | Typical trading company |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity proof | 200,000 pcs/month, SGS-verified | Self-declared, often resold |
| Waterproof construction | RF / hot-air welded, IPX7/8 tested | Stitched & taped, "showerproof" |
| Decoration | In-house (print, DTF, embroidery, patch) | Outsourced, quality varies |
| Lead time | 35–50 days bulk | 60–90 days, brokered |
| QC | AQL 2.5, in-house + optional SGS/BV/Intertek | Limited, post-hoc |
| Price control | Factory cost, no middleman margin | Marked up 15–30% |
Our 200,000 pieces-per-month figure is verified by SGS, not printed on a brochure. With 7 lines, 149 machines and 137 staff across 4,950 m², we can absorb a 20,000-piece reorder without displacing existing production. Buyers doing seasonal launches get fixed production slots.
We weld rather than sew the water barrier. RF and hot-air welding fuses the PVC/TPU membrane into a monolithic seam that passes IPX7/IPX8 submersion. We test units to IEC 60529 in-house. If a bag is not submersible, we will tell you before you pay — not after your customer gets wet gear.
Printing, heat-transfer, UV, embroidery and woven patches happen under our roof. That means logo colour is controlled on the same fabric batch that was approved at sampling, and there is no third-party print house to blame when colours drift. See how we custom-print bags.
We hold ISO 9001:2015, amfori BSCI, CE, CPC and RoHS. For EU buyers we supply REACH-tested fabrics; for US buyers we address Prop 65. This simplifies retail onboarding and audit requests.
You pay one DDP price; we handle export, freight, duties and clearance. No surprise landed-cost invoices. Our warranty return rate has stayed below 1.8% across 2024–2025 shipments because the same team that builds the bag also inspects and packs it.
Many factories offer "customisation" that is limited to choosing a colour and printing a logo on a pre-made sample. We go further: we cut panels to your dimensions, choose the film thickness that matches your IP target, select the closure that matches how your customer uses the bag, and apply the decoration that matches your brand feel. Fabric, hardware, pockets, reflectivity, lining, packaging and hangtags are all specified on your tech pack. This is true ODM, not white-labelling stock.
Because you work with one accountable production partner, there is no trading-company margin stacked on top. Our quotes break out fabric, welding, decoration, packaging and freight separately, so you can see exactly where cost sits and where to optimise. If a design is over-budget, we will suggest a cheaper film or decoration method that keeps the waterproof performance intact rather than quietly downgrading the fabric. See the cost breakdown guide.
Retail buyers and marketplaces increasingly demand certification before listing. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and amfori BSCI, and supply CE, CPC and RoHS documentation. For the EU we provide REACH-testable fabrics; for California we address Prop 65. Waterproof performance is tested to IEC 60529. This shortens your retail onboarding and audit response time.
A factory that delivers one good sample but cannot repeat it at 5,000 pcs is not useful for a growing brand. Our 200,000 pcs/month SGS-verified capacity and 7 production lines mean your reorder slots are secure. We keep your tech pack, fabric batch reference and decoration film on file, so reorders reproduce consistently without re-sampling. That consistency is why many of our clients are on quarterly reorder cycles.
Not all "waterproof" construction is equal. We want you to understand the difference before you compare quotes. Stitched-and-taped seams are cheap but the needle holes eventually weaken the tape and leak. Hot-air welding is flexible and fast but produces a slightly less uniform seam on thick PVC. High-frequency (RF) welding fuses PVC/TPU molecules with an electromagnetic field, yielding the strongest, most consistent seam — it is our default for IPX8 dry bags. We choose the right method per product rather than forcing every bag through one machine.
| Method | Strength | Cost | Typical rating |
|---|---|---|---|
| RF (high-frequency) weld | Highest | Medium | IPX8 |
| Hot-air weld | Good | Medium | IPX7–IPX8 |
| Stitch + seam tape | Moderate | Low | IPX5–IPX6 |
| Glued / bonded | Lower | Low | Splash only |
Certifications are not just paperwork — they unlock shelves and marketplaces. ISO 9001:2015 proves our quality system is audited, which large retail buyers require. amfori BSCI is the social audit most EU retailers demand before listing. CE marking allows sale in the EEA. CPC (Children's Product Certificate) is required for youth and children's lines sold in the US. RoHS restricts hazardous substances in electronics-adjacent products. For the EU we supply REACH test reports; for California, Prop 65 warnings or clearance. Waterproof performance is tested to IEC 60529 and physical strength methods aligned to ASTM.
| Certificate | Required for | We supply |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001:2015 | Quality system audit | Yes, certified |
| amfori BSCI | EU retail social audit | Yes, audited |
| CE | EEA market access | Yes |
| CPC | US children's lines | Yes |
| RoHS | Electronics-adjacent goods | Yes |
| REACH test report | EU chemical compliance | On request |
| Prop 65 clearance | California consumer goods | On request |
A meaningful share of our orders come from buyers who were already working with another factory or trading company. The reasons they switch are consistent: the previous supplier's "waterproof" bags leaked on real-world use; the lead time stretched from the quoted 45 days to 90; the logo colour drifted batch to batch; or communication went dark after deposit. We fix those four problems by welding the barrier (so bags don't leak), holding 7 lines of capacity (so lead times stay at 35–50 days), controlling decoration in-house (so colour matches the approved sample), and keeping the same sales engineer on the account from first email to container loading. If you have been burned by a previous supplier, ask us for references and a video factory tour.
| Pain point before | How we solve it |
|---|---|
| Bags leaked after rain / spray | RF-welded barrier, pressure-tested to IEC 60529 |
| Lead time slipped from 45 to 90 days | 7 lines, 200k pcs/month SGS capacity |
| Logo colour drifted between batches | In-house print, D65 colour approval |
| No response after deposit | Same sales engineer end-to-end, photo updates |
| Hidden duty bills on arrival | DDP one landed price, duties prepaid |
The people who write your tech pack are bag engineers, not sales reps. They have spent years on the welding and cutting floors and know, from experience, which patterns weld cleanly and which decorations crack over time. When you send a competitor sample, they reverse-engineer it into a buildable spec — pattern panels, weld overlaps, hardware placement — and flag anything that would be hard to reproduce or that would fail in real use. This engineering depth is the difference between a sample that looks right and a bulk order that arrives consistent. We can also modify an existing design: shorten a strap, add a pocket, change the closure, or switch the film grade.
Freight is another place trading companies lose control. We have an in-house logistics coordinator who books containers, prepares export documentation and tracks the shipment to your door. Because we ship DDP to 100+ countries regularly, we have negotiated carrier rates and know the duty categories by destination. That means your DDP quote is accurate the first time, not a rough estimate that rises at customs. For seasonal buyers we can hold finished goods for a short window if your retail date slips, and we can split a single order into two shipments if you need stock faster.
Put simply: verified capacity, welded not stitched seams, in-house decoration, audited QC, transparent pricing and DDP delivery — all under one roof and one sales engineer. If you are comparing suppliers, ask each one for their SGS capacity verification, their weld method, and a sample before you commit. We are confident the comparison will bring you back. Start at the quote page.
Print colour drift is the most common complaint buyers have about decorated bags. Because we print in-house, we control it directly. Before bulk decoration, we pull a print proof on the actual fabric and approve it under D65 light against your Pantone reference. The same fabric batch that was approved at sampling is used for bulk, so the film does not change between sample and production. During printing we check a proof every shift. This is why our logo colour matches the approved sample at the end of the production run, not just at the start.
A factory that is good at samples but inconsistent in bulk is a risk. We have built our lines for repeatability: cutting is die-precision, welding is on dedicated machines with set parameters, and decoration is batch-controlled. When you reorder, we reuse the approved pattern and the approved colour reference, so the second order looks like the first. This consistency is what lets buyers move from a 500-piece launch to a 5,000-piece seasonal order without re-approving the product. It is also why our reorder rate stays high.
The best way to evaluate us is to hold a sample. Request one through the quote page and we will ship a comparable sample or build your custom sample in 6–10 working days. Feel the film thickness, check the weld line, test the zipper, and compare the decoration against your current supplier. We are confident the sample will speak for itself. There is no obligation to order after sampling.
Because there is no intermediary margin. You pay the factory cost for fabric, welding, decoration and freight, not a reseller markup on top.

Our production facility has operated since 2014 and covers 4,950 m², with SGS-verified output of up to 200,000 pieces per month. Seven production lines support sampling, cutting, RF or hot-air welding, assembly, decoration, inspection, and packing under one coordinated schedule. Buyers receive a defined tech pack, physical sample, in-process updates, and pre-shipment report rather than relying on an unverified specification. This structure supports both the 500-piece-per-style MOQ and larger seasonal reorders while maintaining the same documented quality controls.
The quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and social compliance is audited under amfori BSCI. Product-related documentation can include CE, CPC, and RoHS, depending on the item and target market. For European programs, REACH-testable materials can be specified; California-bound consumer goods can be reviewed for Prop 65 requirements. Waterproof performance can be tested against IEC 60529 targets such as IPX7 or IPX8. Confirm the destination and retail channel before sampling so the required documents are built into the project scope.
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style. A physical custom sample usually takes 6–10 working days after the tech pack, material, and artwork are approved. Once the sample is signed off and the deposit is received, bulk production normally requires 35–50 days. The production window includes material preparation, cutting, welding, assembly, decoration, packing, and final inspection. New buyers can therefore validate construction and branding on a real sample before committing to the minimum bulk quantity.
AQL 2.5 provides a defined statistical inspection standard for finished goods instead of relying on informal spot checks. Before shipment, a representative sample is reviewed for critical, major, and minor defects, including leaks, incorrect dimensions, hardware faults, and decoration errors. Inspection also includes earlier controls: incoming fabric measurements and weld tests at 2-hour intervals during production. Buyers receive the final report and loading photos, and may request independent inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek when an external verification step is required.
Standard T/T 30/70 terms divide payment into a 30% production deposit and a 70% balance before shipment, after the buyer reviews the pre-shipment report. FOB Xiamen is available when your logistics team manages freight. For a clearer landed cost, DDP delivery is offered to 100+ countries and can cover export declaration, transportation, destination duties, customs clearance, and final delivery. The selected Incoterm and included services are stated in the quotation so responsibilities are agreed before the 35–50 day bulk run begins.
